ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner herein has filed I.A.No.296 of 2012 in O.S.No.149 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam to implead himself as a party. He further submitted that the learned Principal District Munsif has dismissed the said petition and as against the said order, the petitioner has filed the present civil revision petition. He further submitted that during the pendency of the said civil revision petition, the learned Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam has disposed of the main suit itself on 19.12.2018 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. With regard to the same, he also filed a memo.

2.Considering the aforesaid submission and also the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
