This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.37 of 2013, dated 05.09.2013 and to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.37 of 2013, on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, which was taken cognizance in C.C.No.434 of 2019.
