Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge,Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur passed in Crl.MP.NO.2307/2022 in CA.No.84/2022 dated 17/8/2022, set aside the same. ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the Letter D.No.9779 dated 11/11/2022 from Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, this Court made the following order: "This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.A.No.84 of 2022.

2. This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.A.No.84 of 2022, within a period of a month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3. Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, one month time is granted for disposing C.A.No.84 of 2022 and the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay."
