ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, who attained superannuation on 31.07.2022, seeking a mandamus for disbursal of surrender leave salary and three months dearness allowance arrears along with 6% interest. 2.Seeking the above said benefits, the petitioner has send a representation on 05.05.2024, which has been acknowledged by the respondent. 3.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner along with 6% interest from the due date till the date of realization within a period of twelve weeks from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
