ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.328 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The defacto complainant claims that he proposes to marry one Nanthini. The petitioner herein is therefore having motive against the defacto complainant on the occurrence date i.e., 30.08.2019 at about 09.00 p.m., he said to have attacked the defacto complainant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.12696 of 2019 with wooden log on his head. According to the prosecution, the defacto complainant was in hospital for two days. Since specific overtact for causing head injury is attributed to the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
