ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition against the judgment and decreetal order dated 23.06.2014 passed in C.M.A.No.12 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai confirming the order dated 16.03.2012 passed in I.A.No.519 of 2011 in O.S.No.192 of 2011 on the file of the SubCourt, Pudukottai.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.192 of 2011 on 01.10.2019.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(PD)(MD)No.1932 of 2014 costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
