The petitioner has preferred the Civil Revision Petition against the order in I.A.No.788 of 2013 in O.S.No.260 of 2007, dated 19.03.2014, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Turaiyur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the suit in O.S.No.260 of 2007 was settled before the Lok Adalat on 09.12.2017 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
