ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner states that he gave an application on 16.08.2016 for issuance of S.B.B.L Gun Licence. Since it has not been disposed of, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the papers said to have been given by the petitioner are not available in the office of the respondents.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application to the office of the first respondent. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner will approach the office of the first respondent on 06.01.2022 at 11.00 a.m and present his application and the office of the first respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.19281 of 2021 give acknowledgment also. The application shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks thereafter. This writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
