This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members, based on the representation dated 31.08.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 29.11.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
