The petitioner has preferred the Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.52 of 2013 in I.A.No.34 of 2012 in O.S.No.67 of 2009 dated 30.06.2014 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tenkasi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the suit in O.S.No.67 of 2009 was dismissed on 06.12.2019 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
