This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time 1/3

granted in Crl.OP(MD) No.9521 of 2025, dated 09.06.2025 , to appear and furnish sureties.

2.While ordering Crl.OP(MD) No.9521 of 2025, this Court, directed the petitioners 2 to 4, to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and the petition was dismissed as against the first petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to difference in names of the second and third petitioners, they are not able to execute the bail bond and surrender before the concerned Special Court. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and a further period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the petitioners 2 to 4 to surrender before the Special Court.
