Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned in the writ petitioner as such. However, I place on record the petitioner's offer to deposit the amount as demanded by the respondent. The petitioner is also ready to produce the relevant title documents. If the petitioner complies with the requirements stipulated by the respondent, electricity connection shall be provided as sought for.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
