The petitioners have preferred the Civil Revision Petition against the fair order and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.346 of 2014 in O.S.No.481 of 2011, dated 19.08.2014, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, would submit that the suit in O.S.No.481 of 2011 was allowed by the trial Court on 01.09.2017 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
