respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 I.P.C. and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.152 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 04.07.2023, considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner. However, the petitioner again approached this Court by filing this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

3.This Court finds that there is no change in circumstances and no reason to reconsider the order, since the petitioner is having one previous, that too, similar in nature.
