ORDER
The petitioner, who is a retired State Government servant, is the beneficiary under the NHIS. Her husband was affected due to COVID-19 and as such, he took treatment in Indus Hospital by incurring a sum of Rs.5,00,017/-. When the petitioner approached the respondents by preferring an application on 12.06.2021 for medical reimbursement under G.O.Ms.No.280, the same has not been considered and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned standing counsel for the 4th respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that partial amount of Rs.81,050/-, out of the claim made by the petitioner, was sanctioned towards the treatment. However, the rest of the claim has not been considered and no reason has been assigned for disallowing the rest of the claim.
4. In such case, it is obligatory on the part of the 4th respondent either to reimburse the remaining amount or to pass any reasoned order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
