Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent being the chairman of the High Level Monitoring Committee to curb the unauthorized construction with the assistance of the Respondents 2 to 7 to inspect the unauthorized construction put up by the 8th Respondent without any planning permission including the extension of construction by encroaching upon the petitioner's property in Plot No.19 situated in Jay Nagar Layout, Vadakarai Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2025, within a stipulated time fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent being the chairman of the High Level Monitoring Committee to curb the unauthorized construction with the assistance of the Respondents 2 to 7 to inspect the unauthorized construction put up by the 8th respondent 2/5
without any planning permission including the extension of construction by encroaching upon the petitioner's property in Plot No.19 situated in Jay Nagar Layout, Vadakarai Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2025, within a time frame.
2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
