ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 11.10.2021. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been regsitered in Crime No.72 of 2021 by the respondent police. 5.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
