The petitioner has preferred the Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decretal order, dated 23.07.2014, passed in I.A.No.358 of 2014 in O.S.No.504 of 2009, on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Tenkasi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the suit in O.S.No.504 of 2009 was allowed on 04.08.2015 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
