ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents to take effective investigation in Crime No.15 of 2026, pending on the file of the 3rd respondent, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is proceeding and proper action will be taken swiftly.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent police is directed to take effective steps to secure the accused and also conclude the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2026 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce all the necessary relevant documents, which would prove the transactions as claimed by him before the 3rd respondent. 2/4
