order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2938 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2938 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 and enlarged the petitioner herein on anticipatory bail with a condition to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police. He further submits that the co-accused had already deposit his share of Rs.2,50,000/- and this petitioner, being a single woman and having many medical ailments she could not able to mobilize fund and she is unable to comply the conditions within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, she is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2938 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
