ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(iii) imposed in Crl.OP(MD).No.2938 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court on 13.02.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.2938 of 2025. The said anticipatory bail petition was heard and on 20.02.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said anticipatory bail order, Condition No.7(iii) as follows: ''(iii). The petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of the Crime No.1 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In turn, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall deposit the said amount in the nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order/judgement is passed in the case in Crime No.1 of 2025. ''
3. He further submits that the co-accused had already deposit his share of Rs.2,50,000/- and this petitioner being a single woman and having many medical 2/4
ailments she could not able to mobilize fund and she is unable to deposit her share of Rs.2,50,000/-. Therefore, the petitioner seek indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the co-accused had already deposited his share of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.1 of 2025 and this petitioner failed to deposit her share of Rs.2,50,000/-. Hence, he objected to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
5. Considering the fact that the reasons assigned by the petitioner to modify the said condition is not acceptable and considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to allow this present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
