The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 04.09.2013 passed in I.A.No.807 of 2012 in O.S.No.221 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the main suit itself was disposed of on 05.09.2017.

3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
