RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings no.Nil dated 16.08.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to activate and generate the wind energy system situated in Survey no.1098/1,1098/2 and in Survey no.713/3A,713/3B at umarikottai village,Tuticorin taluk, and District, within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

WP(MD) No.19693 of 2019 Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for R1 to R4. Issue notice to R5 and R6 returnable by 24.09.2019. Private notice is also permitted.

2.Post the matter on 24.09.2019.

3. In the meantime, the 4th respondent is directed to inspect the petitioner's Wind Energy System situated at Survey Nos.1098 /1, 1098/2, 713/3A and 713/3B at Umarikottai Village, Tuticorin Taluk, Tuticorin District and find out i) whether the Wind Energy System is switched off or not? ii) whether the said Wind Energy System has access from the main road?

and filed a status report on 24.09.2019.
