ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.233 of 2013 in O.S.No.164 of 2012, dated 29.10.2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.164 of 2012 on 18.11.2014.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
