Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12935 of 2021, dated 15.09.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner could not arrange sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.
