ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of 1/4

Mandamus, to direct the District Registrar not to entertain or register any document, including sale deeds, power of attorney, lease deeds, agreements or to make any other encumbrances and to prevent further alienation, encumbrance, or clouding of title in respect of the property situated in Survey No. 1452/1 in Vilpatty Village, Kodaikanal, admeasuring 3.26 acres, until the final disposal of the pending criminal trial in C.C.No. 814/2023 on the file of the Ld.Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul by considering the representation dated 04.06.2025 made by the petitioner within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that for better prospects she went to Kuwait. In the meantime, some 3rd party trespassed her land and is trying to sell the property.

The petitioner has submitted a detailed representation, dated 04.06.2025. It is seen some suits are also filed. 3.Therefore, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025 and pass orders on merits in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit all the documents including the suit particulars to the respondent and the stage of the suit shall also be submitted before the respondent.

4. With the above said observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There is shall no order as to costs.
