Respondent/Respondent/Defendant Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying this court to set aside the Fair Order and Decretal Order dated 10/07/2014 and made in I.A.No.295/2014 in O.S.No.808/2007 on the file of the court of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and the caption " for extention of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this court dated 15/09/2021,and requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif , Tenkasi vide letter in D.No.271/22, dated 22/04/2022 this Court made the following order: By order dated 15.09.2021, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.808 of 2007 within a period of six months.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.271/2022 dated 22.04.2022, whereby and whereunder, stating some reasons, it requested further time to dispose of O.S.No.808 of 2007.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, a further time of three months is granted from today to comply with the order dated 15.09.2021.
