Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Nogercoil in C.M.P.No.680 of 2018 in C.C.No.14 of 2011 dated 05.03.2018 and to set aside the same and to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil to provide an opportunity to recall and re-examine the P.W.6 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Nogercoil in C.M.P.No.680 of 2018 in C.C.No.14 of 2011 dated 05.03.2018 and to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil to provide an opportunity to recall and re-examine the P.W.6 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case in C.M.P.No.680 of 2018 in C.C.No.14 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
