This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.227 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent/complainant and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report as mistake of fact.
