Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.T.SASIDHARAN TAMILKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12685 of 2022 dated 14.07.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
