Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the tenants and they have filed the present Civil Revision Petition. However, during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the petitioners have vacated the premises and handed over the possession to the landlords. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
