ORDER
The petitioner has applied for survey of his land with necessary fees on 05.08.2022. Since there was no response from the respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the officials are going to conduct survey on 02.08.2023 and the survey process would be completed within a period of one week from thereon.
3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the survey process within the period as mentioned above. No costs. 27.07.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
