ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 24.03.2011 passed in I.A.No.252 of 2011 in O.S.No.208 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srivaikuntam.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.208 of 2007 on 14.06.2016.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
