This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue separate patta after effecting sub division by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 17.08.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents 2/4

submitted that survey has already been conducted and that necessary orders will be passed within a period of six weeks. 3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to pass necessary orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
