herein to issue separate patta by effecting sub-division in respect of petitioner's properties found in the B Schedule of the deed of registered partition dated 02.12.1998 that is survey number (i) 272/7B an extent of 17 cents, (ii) S.No.272/8B an extent of 14 cents, (iii) S.No. 272/9 an extent of 1 Acre 10 cents in the northern side (iv) 272/12A1 an extent of 28 cents and (v) 272/9 (7 cents and right over well) and in the light of boundaries certificate in Na.Ka.No.9577/2019/S dated 20.04.2021 issued by the 3rd respondent within the time limit that may be prescribed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue separate patta after effecting sub division by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 17.08.2021.

submitted that survey has already been conducted and that necessary orders will be passed within a period of six weeks. 3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to pass necessary orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
