This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order dated 24.06.2014 passed in I.A.No.582 of 2014 in Transfer O.P.No.76 of 2010, on the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
