The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner/third defendant against the dismissal of her application filed under Order 9 Rule 7 of C.P.C. in I.A.No.244 of 2014 in O.S.No.72 of 2009 to set aside the ex-parte order, which was passed against her in the aforesaid suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that during pendency of this civil revision petition, the trial Court has dismissed the entire suit on merit, on 03.02.2015 itself and hence, nothing survives in this revision petition and he also undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect to the Registry of this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
