The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 25.06.2014 passed in I.A.No.334 of 2014 in O.S.No.52 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has decreed the suit in O.S.No.52 of 2011, after full trial, on 25.09.2014.
