ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.Suresh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.Baskaran, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: " This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3092 days in filing the application to set aside the order of dismissal, dated 07.02.2014 passed by this Court in WP(MD) 11539 OF 2009.
