This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners, to set aside the order dated 02.08.2014 passed in I.A.No.485 of 2013 in O.S.No.344 of 2010, on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, would submit that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, as the main suit in O.S.No.344 of 2010 was disposed of on 04.03.2019.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
