Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.ANTO PRINCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the influence of the defacto complainant, who is the practicing Advocate, no other Advocate is coming forward to appear for the petitioner to furnish the sureties before the concerned Court on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, he could not able to furnish the sureties within a stipulated time. Hence, he filed this petition.
