ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.298 of 2014 in O.S.No.308 of 2013, dated 14.07.2014 on the file of the District Munsif, Pudukottai.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has allowed the suit in O.S.No.308 of 2013 on 27.04.2015.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
