The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent 1/4

police has not acted upon her complaint, dated 22.06.2025, submitted a representation on 08.07.2025 and approached this Court, seeking a Mandamus, to the respondent police to take action on her complaint.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the respondent police denied that they have not received any complaint from this petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to submit a complaint afresh along with the materials, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such complaint, the respondent police shall enquire into the same and take appropriate action, within a period of two weeks from thereon.
