ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the proceedings dated 26.08.2014 made in un-numbered E.A.(SR)No.6494 of 2014 in E.P.No.163 of 2009 in C.M.A.No.1 of 1998 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has disposed of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.163 of 2009 in C.M.A.No.1 of 1998 on 22.11.2016.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
