ORDER

The petitioner has made an on-line application dated 11.01.2023 to the respondents requesting them to issue patta and to fix the boundaries by surveying the land in S.No.268/1B2, Nainaragaram Village, Kadayanallur Circle, Tenkasi District. Since the said application is pending before the 2nd respondent without any progress, the petitioner has made a representation dated 13.03.2023 to the 1st respondent to consider his on-line application dated 11.01.2023. Even thereafter, there was no action on the side of the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on written instructions received from the 1st respondent/the Tahsildar, Kadayanallur, submits that the on-line application of the petitioner for 2/4

grant of patta for the land in Survey No.268/1B2 was already rejected on 21.07.2023.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known of law. No costs.
