ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 08.08.2014 passed in E.A.No.337 of 2014 in E.P.No.57 of 2010 by the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai. 2.The impugned application has been filed to disconnect the electricity service connection bearing No.07-191-004-131 in Building No.1/1C in Re.Survey.No.27/2B in Killiyoor Village, Killiyoor Town. The defendant/judgment debtor has objected to the said application by stating that the service connection mentioned therein pertain to Door No.1/76, Old No.1-29B and does not relate to building No.1/1C.

In the connected application viz., E.A.No.368 of 2014 to bring it in sync with the relief sought for in E.A.No.347 of 2014, the decree holder had sought orders from the executing court to observe that Door No.1/1C is now Door No.1/76 and that the service connection bearing No.07-191-004-131 relates to Door No.1/1C. This application has been allowed by the court below by order dated 24.09.2014, which has now been set aside by me in C.R.P.(NPD) (MD).No.2567 of 2014. Therefore, in the light of the orders passed in C.R.P.(NPD) (MD) No.2567 of 2014, the order dated 08.08.2014 in E.A.No.337 of 2014 should also be set aside and is, accordingly, set aside.
