[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the Judgment, dated 30.08.2022, made in W.A.(MD) No.929 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent made a submission that the Judgment dated 30.08.2022, made in W.A.(MD) No.929 of 2022, has been complied with and the Teachers Eligibility Certificate has also been issued to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this contempt petition.
