The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition to strike down the plaint in O.S.No.891 of 2014 on the file of II Additional Sub-Court, Madurai.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the suit in O.S.No.891 of 2014 for default on 04.02.2016.

3. In such view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
