ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders under the caption for "Extension of time" on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 24.10.2024 and a letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif, Vedasandur in D.No. 230/2025, dated 23.07.2025, seeking further period of six months, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 24.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.208 of 2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.230/2025 dated 23.07.2025, whereby and where under stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 24.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 24.10.2024.
