The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 20.11.2013 made in I.A.No.10 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai.

2. The order under challenge in this Civil Revision Petition has been passed on 20.11.2013 and it is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the main H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2012 itself was not pressed. 3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
