Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 6.11.2013 passed in I.A.No.929 of 2013 in O.S.No.226 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Pudukkottai.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from his client.

2. The revision has been filed by the defendant challenging the order passed by the Trial Court allowing an interlocutory Application filed seeking for recovery of possession of the suit property with the aid of police protection.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the impugned order passed, the petitioner has been put in possession and he would submit that the suit is of the year 2013 and due to the interim stay granted by this court, the suit is still kept pending and therefore, necessary direction may be given to the Trial Court to dispose the suit within a reasonable period.

4. In view of the development that had taken place subsequent to filing of the present civil revision petition, this court is of the opinion that no purpose would be served in keeping this revision petition pending any more.

5. This revision petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.226 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
